On behalf of our client, one of the most dynamic companies in the field of telecommunication & infrastructure services, we are looking for a Fleet Officer that will be based in Athens, Greece. Our client is delivering large-scale projects across Greece and abroad, while shaping the future through cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Fleet Officer will coordinate the company's fleet, and provide structured and organized information about it.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet database, ensuring accurate vehicle records, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Update and track equipment use policies.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  
• Plan fleet replacements, upgrades, and growth based on touring needs.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Fluent in both English and German is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
