Junior Product Specialist

📍 Location: Chalandri, Athens.

Work4u International is seeking a Junior Product Specialist on behalf of its client, a well established international company operating in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, analyze market data, and take initiatives to ensure the effective implementation of brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns for the company’s brands.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate and guide external marketing agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Review and approve social media content (posts, captions, visuals) to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Collect, manage and analyze marketing and sales data.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and marketing presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media environments.
