Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and assist in providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and assist in decision-making processes. Understand basic accounting principles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and payroll. Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently and accurately. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies promptly. Assist in developing budgets and forecast financial performance to support strategic planning. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks. Maintain secure and organized financial documentation. Coordinate with external auditors during audits. Collaborate with management to set financial goals and develop actionable plans. Requirements Requirements 1-2 years work experience. ND in Accounting or a related field. Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial advisory roles. Proficiency in Excel, knowledge is using other financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage is an advantage. Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices. Skills and Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
