We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive Officer with proven experience in the insurance or banking industry to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and manage customer relationships. This individual must be a sales hunter—energetic, persistent, and passionate about hitting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the SME and corporate market segments. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct presentations, demos, and pitches to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce). Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Continuously research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in any field. 2-3 years’ proven sales experience in the insurance industry (preferably AXA Mansard, Leadway, AIICO Insurance) or in a reputable bank (not fin-tech companies). Demonstrated ability to meet consistently or exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Zendesk, or Salesforce A true sales hunter with a passion for prospecting and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric mindset.
