Quinnipiac University is seeking an Associate Director of Residential Life to join our dynamic, student-centered team and play a key leadership role in shaping the residential experience for our first-year students. Reporting directly to the Director of Residential Life, the Associate Director serves as an integral member of the department's senior leadership team and provides oversight for a residential community of approximately 1,600 first-year students. This highly visible, in-person position offers the opportunity to influence students' personal growth, academic success, and sense of belonging throughout their transition to college life. As Associate Director, you will help create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging residential environment where students can thrive. Requirements
~1 min read- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Required to travel from building to building and between multiple campuses
- Will have 'on-call' responsibilities which require walking up and down stairs, performing rounds in and outside of the buildings, and responding quickly and in person to emergencies.
