Job Title: Engagement & Outreach Assistant for the Office of Academic Integrity & Accountability
Department: Office of Academic Integrity & Accountability
Student Employment Type: Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:

1. Outreach, Marketing & Communications: Increase student awareness, visibility, and engagement with OAIA initiatives.

  • Create flyers, posters, and digital signage for workshops and events.
  • Draft brief student-facing announcements.
  • Assist with distribution of promotional materials across campus.

2. Survey & Student Feedback Support: Gather and organize campus-wide perspectives on QU’s ethical AI initiative, ETHOS.

  • Assist with survey distribution and participation tracking.
  • Organize survey responses and feedback.
  • Help summarize findings for reports, presentations, and program improvement.

3. Workshop & Event Support: Ensure educational programs and events run efficiently and effectively.

  • Prepare materials and handouts.
  • Assist with event setup and attendance tracking.
  • Collect and organize workshop evaluations and participant feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Eligible for Federal Work Study employment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
  • Interest in academic integrity, ethical AI, and student engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours of Position:
  • Approximately 10 hours per week, based on Federal Work Study eligibility and office needs. Flexible scheduling available around academic commitments.
  • Some evening availability may be required, including participation in programs and events held on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
