Civil/Structural & Architecture Lead Engineer(Azerbaijan Nationals Only)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead Civil Structural & Architectural Engineer to design and analyze structures that ensure safety, durability, and efficiency. This role focuses on industrial facilities, buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and composite structures.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Conduct load assessments, seismic studies, and risk evaluations.
• Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Ensure compliance with international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, etc.).
• Develop civil engineering designs for foundations, roads, drainage, and site development.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Perform structural and geotechnical assessments to support safe construction practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, STAAD PRO/STAAD Foundation Advanced SACS, SESAM, .Pro).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and design standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and international standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
