Account Representative

• →Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
• →Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
• →Work with customers to collect past due balances and payments.
• →Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
• →Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
• →Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
• →Deliver a great customer service experience.
• →Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of data entry and customer files.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail with handling customer information
• Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
