This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the execution of the global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources (ERP, S2C tools, real estate systems, finance data).
- Define and maintain data validation processes for spend, contracts, savings, projects, portfolio, and transformation metrics.
- Drive improvements in data quality at source through stakeholder collaboration and process simplification.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards covering:
- Spend analysis
- Category and supplier performance
- Savings and pipeline tracking
- Contract and sourcing activity
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Own and support procurement taxonomies, categorisation logic, and reporting standards.
- Partner with category teams and procurement leadership to answer strategic and operational business questions through data.
- Track and report on global REWS transformation initiatives, including:
- Cost savings (leases, operational efficiencies, IFM)
- Space optimisation and Space reduction
- Portfolio size and footprint by agency and region
- Project completion rates and transformation benefits
- Support portfolio and performance reporting for senior REWS leadership.
- Consolidate and analyse global end-user feedback related to workplace transformation.
- Respond to ad-hoc REWS reporting requests with speed and accuracy.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (and related tools).
- Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready visualisations and narratives.
- Ensure recurring reports and dashboards are reliable, scalable, and aligned to global KPIs.
- Continuously improve reporting automation and self-service capabilities.
- Work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, Data teams and relevant external suppliers
- Act as a trusted data partner for senior leaders, providing insights, context, and recommendations.
- Support COE capability building by documenting processes, sharing best practices, and enabling repeatable analytics.
- Liaise with internal and external technology partners (e.g., ERP, S2C, BI vendors) where required.
What you'll need:
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with global stakeholders and large, complex datasets.
- Exposure to transformation programs, cost optimisation initiatives, or portfolio reporting is a plus.
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard design, data modelling, storytelling).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling).
- Understanding of:
- Procurement data (spend, POs, invoices, contracts, savings)
- Financial concepts (GLs, cost centres, budgets)
- Real estate or portfolio metrics (SM², occupancy costs, leases – desirable)
- Familiarity with ERP systems, S2C / S2P tools, or real estate management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Structured problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
