Why we're hiring:

We are currently looking for young professional who is looking forward to making career in the taxation related compliances and advisory, based out of Mumbai, to join us. In this role, you will be primarily managing the team of experiences tax professionals in day-to-day tax compliances along with advisory and litigation related matters.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing all the direct tax compliances such as Corporate Tax Return, Transfer Pricing Certificate & Reports, Monthly TDS compliances, Assistance in Statutory Audit and Tax Audit, advance tax compliance, deferred tax, Effective tax rate reconciliation, Master file compliances, SFT Filling etc.
• Review of tax financials and computation of income
• Co-ordinating in compilation of details related to Direct Taxation litigations and review of submissions made to authorities
• Monitoring of notices and various correspondences with the Direct tax department
• Active involvement in internal process improvements related to Direct Tax compliances

What you'll need:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-4 years’ experience (prior work experience in industry with similar Direct Taxation profile shall have added weightage)
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Relationship and Networking skills of the best nature
• Confidence in communication
• Working responsibly in inclusive environment with integrity, teamwork and trust
• Proactiveness and eagerness to learn new developments
• Leadership qualities in managing execution as well as co-ordinating with cross-functional teams
