We are looking for an experienced and hands-on SEM Associate Manager to lead and optimize paid search campaigns Japan market. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with the ability to work closely with cross-regional stakeholders and deliver against strict performance targets.

~1 min read- →Plan, execute, and optimize Search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Yahoo.
- →Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement hands-on optimizations to meet and exceed defined KPIs and performance thresholds.
- →Analyze campaign data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- →Translate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- →Quantify the impact of optimizations and strategic changes through data-driven analysis.
- →Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to evaluate user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- →Ensure campaigns are executed with a high level of precision, consistency, and accountability.
Requirements
~2 min read- Proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing) is required to work with clients based in the Japan market.
- Strong hands-on experience in SEM campaign management across Google Ads and Yahoo Search.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns under strict performance targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of website tracking and tagging; experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong QA capabilities to ensure accuracy in execution and reporting.
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.
- Structured thinker with strong logical and problem-solving skills.
