As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a BI Manager who will:

  • Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations across environments.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring data and insights accurately represent digital media campaign performance.
  • Support the development of campaign measurement frameworks, aligning KPIs and establishing robust performance benchmarks.
  • Manage reporting playbooks, operations calendars, and ensure cross-functional accountability for reporting milestones.
  • Design, write, and execute robust test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts to ensure zero-defect reporting.
  • Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau, etc.) and underlying raw data sources/warehouses, ensuring integrity across all reporting deliverables.
  • Support the development of paid media taxonomy and ensure all data governance requirements are adhered to.
  • Define business requirements for the Data Operations and Data Engineering teams to build/maintain stable data architecture.
  • Assist with intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
  • Support project timelines and deliverable schedules, proactively communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain a flexible, agile mindset to support different onshore agency teams as dynamic business needs arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of workflows, data schemas, QA testing processes, and change logs.

Requirements

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data QA, preferably within a digital marketing agency, media agency, or commerce media environment.
  • Hands-on, advanced expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in SQL, Python, or ETL scripting is a plus.
  • Proven understanding of software QA methodologies, test-case planning, and automated testing frameworks applied to data pipelines.
  • Deep familiarity with ad-tech and digital platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, social platforms, DSPs) and web analytics tools.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform preferred—BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow—or AWS/Azure equivalent) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly in an onshore/offshore model.
