Responsibilities
~1 min read- →HR Administration & Data Management:
- →Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (HR Information System) ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with data privacy laws (
- →Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and termination agreements.
- →Onboarding & Offboarding:
- →Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires (preparing welcome packs, setting up IT requests, collecting compliance documents, and conducting HR orientations).
- →Manage the offboarding process, including preparing exit documentation and coordinating asset recovery.
- →Employee Support:
- →Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR policies, benefits, leave tracking, and general inquiries.
- →Benefits & Payroll Support:
- →Assist with monthly payroll preparation by consolidating data (attendance, overtime, unpaid leave, and new hire details) for the finance team.
- →Coordinate employee benefits enrollment (health insurance, pension, etc.) and handle basic queries.
- →Reporting & Compliance:
- →Generate basic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances) as requested by management.
- →Ensure all physical and digital employee files are organized and compliant with local labor laws.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Equivalent practical experience is also accepted).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator, or support role. (Strong internships in HR will also be considered).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking, and Word for document creation).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and drafting legal/contractual documents.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Confidentiality: Absolute discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive employee and financial data.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
