Supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, always-on, performance-driven. This role requires strong execution discipline, comfort with high-budget environments, and the ability to operate accurately at speed across multiple campaigns, products, and objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute and optimize campaigns across:
- →Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- →Google Ads (Search required; Display & YouTube exposure)
- →TikTok Ads
- →Support high-volume campaign builds across multiple product lines and objectives (e.g. launches, always-on, promotions)
- →Manage daily operations including:
- →Budget pacing across multiple campaigns and line items
- →Bid adjustments and basic optimization under guidance
- →QA checks to ensure accuracy before launches and changes
- →Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies early
- →Support keyword management for Search campaigns (keywords, negatives, basic bid logic)
- →Assist in executing platform best practices for large brands (naming conventions, structure, governance)
- →Work closely with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery
- →Exposure to always-on campaigns with frequent changes and optimizations
- →Ability to follow strict governance, tracking, and QA standards
- →Support campaigns tied to e-commerce, app, and retail moments
- Working knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search fundamentals required)
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of:
- Full-funnel performance metrics
- Social and Search optimization principles
- Strong attention to detail in high-budget, high-risk environments
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Able to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines
Requirements

- Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on:
- Meta
- Google Ads (Search)
- TikTok
- Experience supporting large or complex advertiser accounts is a plus
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
