Ready to kickstart your career in digital media? We're seeking sharp, early-career digital talent for a pivotal Solutions Social Buyer opportunity within our growing team.

This position is 100% focused on hands-on social media buying for our clients. You'll become a champion activating and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring our social media solutions drive maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Fully execute paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok (setup, targeting, creative, daily budget/pacing).
  • Optimization: Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement real-time adjustments to boost results (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Reporting: Generate clear reports, translating data into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay updated on platform features/best practices, testing new opportunities for superior social solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in setup, tracking, and adherence to brand safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with Programmatic, Client Services, and Strategy teams for integrated solutions.

 

  • Within 3 Months:
  • Successfully complete all training and onboarding for Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Independently set up campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of basic campaign optimization techniques.
  • Contribute effectively to daily budget pacing and management.
  • Within 6 Months:
  • Consistently achieve and exceed client campaign KPIs and performance targets.
  • Proactively identify and implement optimization strategies without constant supervision.
  • Generate clear, insightful, and professional performance reports.
  • Actively contribute to internal discussions on social media best practices and new platform features.
  • Within 12 Months:
  • Become a recognized internal expert for Meta and TikTok operational best practices.
  • Proactively identify and test innovative opportunities and new ad formats to drive superior results.
  • Contribute strategic input for social campaigns, integrating with broader media strategies.
  • May assist in guiding and sharing knowledge with junior team members.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Digital Passion: Strong, real interest in digital advertising and social media.
  • Platform Familiarity: Basic to intermediate understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a careful eye for accuracy.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai are vital for clearly explaining performance, and proficiency in English communication is also essential.
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter keen to master new technologies and best practices.
