WSB Distributors has an opportunity for Service Admin / Advisor to join our Cummins Ag branch. You will be joining our team and be part of the growing success of a third generation, family-owned, company.

The successful applicant will be motivated and understand the importance of being trusted to liaise with customers and work autonomously within the scope of the role under the management of the service manager.
We are looking for those who are willing to put in a good day's work and look after our customers. This role is integral to the daily operations of the business and WSB will provide support and time for training to get you up to speed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage service calls and enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Booking vehicle services.
- Process repair orders and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and invoice service work and all other paperwork that goes with a smooth-running operation.
- Prepare and supply accurate reports as required.
- Processing of technician timesheets.
- Complete monthly processing requirements.
- Any other duties as directed
Your high work ethic & strong customer service skills will ensure customers receive up to date information on all services we offer. The incumbent needs to be self motivated, forward thinking, have a strong sense of customer service & adapt easily to multiple brands for all seasons. You will need to think on your feet during peak seasonal trade and handle busy workloads without fuss.
Skills and Experience:
- A good mechanical aptitude will be beneficial but not essential
- Previous Service Administration experience an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Computer Literacy
