P21 Process Consultant

The P21 Process Consultant serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) enterprise resource planning system, partnering with business stakeholders across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and finance to analyze, design, and improve business processes within P21. This role bridges business operations and Information Systems, translating operational needs into system configurations and process changes, leading improvement initiatives, and driving user adoption of P21 best practices. The consultant works closely with business leaders, end users, developers, and IT support teams to ensure P21 effectively supports current and future business requirements.
