Responsibilities

  • Support the development, field production, and post-production of branded and promotional video content.

  • Direct and produce shoots with WWE talent and crew, ensuring creative and logistical success.

  • Edit projects using AVID, maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand voice.

  • Collaborate with producers, clients, and internal partners to align creative vision and execution.

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Assist in all stages of production — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short-notice assignments.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms.

  • Hands-on experience directing talent and crews in the field.

  • Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows.

  • Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience shooting camera is a plus.
