Summary

The role of the Packaging Supervisor is to manage Packaging Leads and Packaging Support employees, oversee all aspects of packaging including maintaining daily workflow, and ensure all quotas are enforced and goals are met. The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for developing and adhering to packaging processes and will oversee the hiring, training, and development of packaging employees. They will be responsible for setting standards and coordinating functions through clear communication with packaging staff, while working closely with the Production Manager to ensure all functions are completed. This role must be able to work a flexible schedule.
