Position Summary
PXG is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of US Sales to lead our golf equipment sales strategy across the United States. This executive will drive significant revenue growth, build a high-performance sales culture, and expand PXG’s market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive US sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including golf retailers, golf courses/clubs, and strategic partners (extensive travel required).
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales leadership teams while building a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, customer service, and results.
- Design, implement, and optimize sales compensation plans that incentivize performance and align with company objectives.
- Establish clear performance expectations, coaching plans, succession planning, and measurable standards for individuals, teams, and partners.
- Analyze sales performance and drive business results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer goods, sporting goods, or premium/luxury brands.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive, multi-channel environment.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Must currently live in Arizona or be willing to relocate immediately.
- Passion for golf and/or the golf industry is a significant plus.
