What You’ll Be Doing: As a Centralized Services Tool Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the administration, reliability, and security of Yardstick’s internal systems and platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing core internal tools, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining automation platforms, and contributing to security operations at a Level 2 response capacity. This role focuses on operational ownership, access control, automation administration, and security response, ensuring our tools are secure, well-managed, and aligned with established standards and business needs. You’ll work closely with technical, security, and operational teams to maintain consistency, reduce risk, and support scalable growth.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Administer and manage Yardstick’s internal tools and platforms, ensuring stability, security, and proper configuration.
- Act as the primary administrator for internal systems, including REWST and Ninety, ensuring platforms are maintained, documented, and operating effectively.
- Execute and support employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access provisioning and deprovisioning across internal tools.
- Maintain role-based access controls to ensure employees have appropriate access aligned with their responsibilities.
- Manage and support Yardstick’s phone system, including user setup, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
- Administer and maintain automation workflows within REWST, supporting internal efficiency and standardized processes.
- Provide Security Response – Level 2 support, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
- Respond to alerts and escalations related to security events, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
- Support attack response activities, including endpoint isolation, access resets, and remediation actions as required.
- Ensure all processes related to tools, access, and security response are clearly documented and kept up to date.
- Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to improve tool usage, security posture, and operational consistency.
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency through improved tooling, automation, or process refinement.
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to internal systems, security improvements, and operational enhancements.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a Tool Administrator, Systems Administrator, Centralized Services, or similar role.
- Strong experience managing internal tools and platforms, including access control and administration.
- Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding in a security-conscious environment.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms, particularly REWST.
- Experience administering business or operational platforms such as Ninety.
- Experience with phone system management and administration.
- Experience participating in security incident response, including investigation and remediation activities.
- Strong documentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of core operational responsibilities.
