- Assist in the development, documentation, and enforcement of security baselines and configuration standards across customer and internal environments.
- Support identity and access management initiatives, including multi-factor authentication (DUO) and access reviews.
- Monitor endpoint security posture using SentinelOne and follow defined escalation and remediation workflows.
- Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance initiatives using Purview and native M365 security tools.
- Review and improve ConnectWise configurations related to compliance, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, alert refinement, and standardized processes.
- Assist with compliance-related aspects of customer onboarding and offboarding to ensure security requirements are met.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation related to compliance controls, tool configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior technical resources to align security and compliance practices with operational realities.
- Participate in internal audits, security reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support during security incidents or high-priority events as required.
- Perform other duties as needed to support business and compliance objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a Centralized Services, NOC, Security Operations, or Compliance-focused role (or equivalent).
- Experience working with endpoint protection, identity security, and monitoring tools in a Managed Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SentinelOne, Microsoft 365, Purview, ConnectWise, and DUO.
- Experience with KnowBe4 or security awareness training platforms.
- Experience with Kaseya tools in a Managed Services environment.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, access controls, monitoring, and compliance concepts.
- Experience reviewing alerts, logs, and reports to identify security or compliance risks.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical and compliance documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Physical Requirements (include but are not limited to):
- Ability to lift heavy IT equipment including but not limited to desktops, printers, workstations, and UPS etc. up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Our Employee Perks:
- Competitive Salaries.
- Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
- Retirement Savings Plan with up to 3% Company Matching.
- 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off Annually, plus 11 Days Off on Alberta Holidays.
- Certification Reimbursement.
