Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Responsible for global bank account administration.
- →Become subject-matter expert on bank account requirements across different jurisdictions and counterparties; investigate ways to streamline account opening process and reduce time/effort required.
- →Manage responsibilities related to monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close processes, including performance of SOX controls and team key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- →Handle ad-hoc KYC refresh requests from banks and help resolve in a timely fashion.
- →Collaborate with banking service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- →Assist with management of Treasury data within Kyriba Treasury Workstation and helping to resolve any gaps/discrepancies.
- →Help optimize cash management model to support Yext’s continued international growth and expansion.
- →Grow to become to POC for documentation and regulatory compliance related matters.
- →Assist Treasury team members with preparation of analyses and presentations to senior management.
- →Manage data aggregation and validation for annual FBAR reporting process.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operation with payments and bank relationship management.
- Proficiency in financial settlements and comprehensive knowledge of banking systems and money markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel skills experience with TMS (Kyriba), ERP systems – NetSuite.
- Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML.
