The JobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join the Payments Processing team. This role will be primarily responsible for the daily reconciliation of customer payment activity, researching and resolving payment exceptions, and ensuring transactions are accurately reflected across banking, payment processing, and internal systems. The ideal candidate enjoys investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and working through exceptions to resolution. This is a highly collaborative and operational role that requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with daily deadlines, and the ability to coordinate across departments, banking partners, and other stakeholders.
 
This role will require being onsite in Wilmington, DE once weekly until September, 2027 when it will change to 3 times weekly.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly bank and customer payment reconciliations, researching variances and resolving exceptions through completion.
  • Identify, escalate, and coordinate resolution of payment discrepancies with Operations, Technology, banking partners, and payment processors.
  • Support daily cash forecasting and liquidity reporting activities.
  • Process and track ACH and wire payments through banking platforms.
  • Assist with bank reporting, account analysis, and other recurring Treasury deliverables.
  • Prepare reporting and supporting documentation for Accounting and the monthly financial close.
  • Monitor recurring exceptions, data discrepancies, and opportunities to strengthen controls or improve payment workflows.
  • Support third-party operational audits conducted on behalf of investors and warehouse facilities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and queries using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Provide backup support across Treasury and assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and projects as needed.
  • Experience in reconciliation, banking, financial operations, accounting, loan servicing or related field
  • Understanding of banking systems and payments
  • Ability to independently investigate discrepancies and follow issues through resolution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Integrity, reliability, initiative, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Adaptable, flexible and with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
