We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to join our collaborative and innovative Finance department.

Responsibilities

→Lead cross-functional and multi-entity process improvements and automations.
→Record invoices, payments, and GL transactions.
→Lead key aspects of the monthly closing process, including provisions, prepaid expenses and allocation expenses.
→Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax reportings
→Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
→Maintain Fixed Asset records.
→Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities

4+ Years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with formal bookkeeping qualifications
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
