YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Grant Compliance Manager to lead and elevate our grant compliance function.
This is more than a compliance role. It is an opportunity to build, modernize, and strengthen a critical organizational function that supports millions of dollars in public and private grant funding each year.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure where opportunities exist, designing efficient processes, improving internal controls, and partnering across departments to build sustainable systems. The ideal candidate is energized by taking an already strong foundation and helping transform it into a best-in-class grant compliance program.
Working closely with Finance, Program Leadership, Executive Leadership, and external funding partners, this position will lead grant compliance efforts across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on regulatory requirements, financial stewardship, and organizational risk. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive continuous improvement across a complex nonprofit organization.
If you are someone who sees opportunities instead of obstacles, enjoys building scalable systems, and wants your work to have a lasting organizational impact while supporting a mission that changes lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
