We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients at Zameen.com. The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a background in hospitality to ensure a professional and welcoming front-office experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- →Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently
- →Maintain the reception area’s appearance and manage front-desk supplies
- →Coordinate with internal departments for appointments and meetings
- →Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum BA
- Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
