We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support HR operations. The role involves involvement in onboarding, recruitment, bulk hiring, orientation, documentation, and employee branding activities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- →Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- →Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- →Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- →Provide administrative support to the HR team
- →Assist in bulk hiring and operational HR tasks
- →Support employee engagement activities
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA (HR), or relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- HR internship experience will be preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 0–1 year of experience
