• What partner quality routines can we operationalize in the short term, and what requires dedicated, hands-on oversight while long-term systems are built?
• How do we transform high-volume participant feedback into actionable delivery insights that directly improve facilitation and inform curriculum design?
• When should we invest in targeted partner remediation versus initiating formal decertification to ensure Zearn's quality standards remain uncompromised?
• How do we pilot and refine specialized delivery models (such as condensed sessions and curriculum-aligned formats) so they can be reliably scaled across the team?
• Which facilitation practices are critical during high-stakes sessions to model exemplary math professional learning and protect the educator experience?

• Standards Architect: You translate abstract notions of "great delivery" into concrete, rubric-driven evaluation criteria. You know how to build quality assurance systems, observation routines, and certification benchmarks that hold third-party partners accountable without requiring constant manual intervention.
• Insight Synthesizer: You look past surface-level survey averages to identify patterns, root causes, and unspoken learner needs across qualitative and quantitative data. You turn educator feedback into clear takeaways that inspire operational and pedagogical adjustments.
• Adaptive Facilitator: You command the room in high-stakes, ambiguous, or complex learning environments. You have deep pedagogical judgment in math instruction and adult learning, enabling you to model excellence under pressure and translate lived classroom reality into delivery standards.
• Pragmatic Systems Builder: You know how to bridge the gap between short-term triage and long-term operational efficiency. You design lightweight workflows, feedback routing mechanisms, and partner management protocols that scale sustainably as organizational reach expands.
• Constructive Quality Champion: You deliver candid, actionable feedback to external partners and internal stakeholders with tact and firmness. You navigate challenging partner performance conversations constructively, always centering student and educator outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience spanning professional learning design, instructional coaching, adult learning facilitation, or education program operations.
• Demonstrated track record of designing or managing quality assurance / certification frameworks for external partners, contracted facilitators, or multi-site delivery networks.
• Strong analytical capability synthesizing multi-source data (surveys, observation rubrics, qualitative participant feedback) into actionable recommendations and executive summaries.
• Proven excellence in high-stakes facilitation and math pedagogy, with direct classroom teaching, instructional leadership, or district-level professional development experience.
• Experience building operational systems and routines from ambiguity, particularly transitioning manual QA/support workflows into automated or repeatable team processes.

This role is remote and can be performed in any of the following states/locations:
