We're looking for a driven Commercial Account Broker to join our growing Accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-centered insurance professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. We're boldly going where no insurance broker has gone before!

 

Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a book of business by servicing existing clients and welcoming new ones, providing guidance and an unmatched customer experience.

 

Bonus: There's no cold calling or prospecting required - we provide the leads and accounts!

Strategic Onboarding: Supporting and effectively onboarding new customers.

Quality Assurance: Carefully reviewing all new submissions and policy data for accuracy while managing complex policy changes.

Portfolio Management: Managing the existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large and complex accounts.

Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current book of business to ensure a "Circle of Protection."

Market Optimization: Processing remarkets to ensure clients consistently maintain the most competitive and comprehensive coverage available.

Relationship Stewardship: Serving as the primary point of contact for mid-term reviews and year-round account maintenance.
