LISA.AI is building the AI-native operating system for the skilled trades.

We’re replacing clipboard chaos in industries like fire protection, electrical, and HVAC with intelligent first agents that actually know how these businesses run. We’re backed by top investors, growing fast, and building mission-critical tech that feels like magic to the customer.

Think: ServiceTitan meets GPT. But verticalized, voice-powered, and built from first principles.

And now, we’re inviting 1–2 sharp MBA interns to embed directly with our founding team this summer. You’ll work from our San Francisco HQ (housing provided) — with direct mentorship from our CEO. We are happy to support internship credits by collaborating with the best colleges!

This isn’t a “just watch and learn” kind of internship.

At LISA.AI, you’ll operate like an entrepreneur and mini-founder rolled into one — helping us shape products, unlock GTM wins, and define the roadmap in real-time. No two days will look the same.

You’ll:

- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO across product, ops, and GTM strategy

- Sit in on high-stakes customer calls — and help design what comes next

- Run validation sprints, and shadow our sales motion

- Drive experiments to break into new verticals (and new continents — LATAM is calling)

- Identify investor-aligned growth themes in compliance-heavy services

- Be in the war room when key product and market decisions are made

We’re Looking For...

- Someone with a passion for building and the fire of entrepreneurship

- Deep intellectual curiosity for AI, field tech, or vertical SaaS

- Comfort with ambiguity, async work, and high-velocity decision-making

- An operator’s mindset — bias for action, not just analysis

- Bonus: You've built or scaled something before, even scrappily
