Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, including variance analysis and management reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles, gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and preparing consolidated deliverables.

Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to support business cases, operational planning, and strategic decision‑making.

Manage and maintain FP&A reporting system (Workday Adaptive), including data inputs, model updates, and recurring reporting packages.

Partner with product, operations, and budget owners to review performance against targets and improve financial visibility across the organization.

Prepare data, analysis, and commentary for senior leadership and Board of Directors materials.

Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and internal policies.

Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning tools, processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
