The AI Operations team drives AI solutioning and enablement to increase the adoption and impact of AI across Zeta. The AI Solutions & Enablement Intern will support these efforts by contributing to research, agent development, educational materials, adoption analytics, and client-related work. This role offers hands-on experience with emerging AI tools and the opportunity to develop key readiness resources while supporting initiatives that expand AI usage across Zeta and within client engagements.

  • Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
  • Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
  • June 2nd through August 14th
  • $23.00/hour 
  • Full-time - 40 hours per week
  • Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
  • Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global

Responsibilities

  • AI Research & Evaluation:

    • Research, evaluate, and test existing AI tools, documenting insights that help the team understand current capabilities and opportunities.
  • AI Agent Development Support:

    • Assist in building, refining, and testing internal AI agents, contributing to discovery, prompt design, and iterative improvements.
  • Enablement Content Development:

    • Support the creation of enablement resources, including documentation, playbooks, demos, and other content that supports AI adoption across Zeta.
  • Client Support
    • Support the team’s strategic work with clients by contributing to materials and conversations that reinforce best practices and drive client adoption of AI.
  • Analytics & Insight Support:
    • Assist in tracking and summarizing usage patterns for AI tools, helping the team understand adoption trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Workflow Support
    • Help manage incoming requests and project updates, supporting operational workflows and task management through tools like Jira.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills
  • Ability to write clear instructions and documentation, such as designing prompts for AI agents
  • Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, incorporating feedback and supporting shared goals
