Responsibilities

High-volume back-office administration and processing

Follow SOPs and complete multi-stage tasks accurately

Manage email and internal communications — no phone support required

Maintain accurate records and process information across multiple systems
→
Work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Experience in high-volume administration or processing
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written English and communication skills
Confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms
Ability to work independently and follow detailed SOPs

Nice to Have

Healthcare industry experience
NDIS knowledge
Experience with HubSpot, Zanda/Halaxy, Google Suite, Dialpad, Slack, and Zoom

6AM-3PM PH Time/ 8AM-5PM AU Time
