We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational processes that keep the business running smoothly, including:

Maintaining the accuracy of commercial data in HubSpot CRM
Ensuring reliable reporting for senior leadership
Supporting our operations analysts with data tasks and workflow building

Working closely with teams including Account Management, Sales and Finance, you'll help ensure operational excellence, resolve data and process issues, and support the continuous improvement of our internal workflows.

As part of the role, you'll also take part in our Operations Associate Rotation Programme, giving you the opportunity to work alongside a different Operations Analyst each quarter on a high-impact business project. Through these rotations, you'll:

Gain hands-on experience across different operational functions
Develop valuable skills while contributing to meaningful business initiatives
Build a broader understanding of how the business operates
Discover where your interests and strengths are best suited as your career develops
