You’ll coach and guide teams to deliver high-quality product efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

→Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
→Support and coach the development team, Product Owner, and organization in Agile best practices.
→Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them, enabling a smooth workflow.
→Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc.
→Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
→Collaborate with other Scrum Masters / Project Managers and Development Leads to improve coordination.
→Ensure proper use of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence.
→Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency around team performance and delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development or IT, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
