You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked.

We’re here to give power to the patient.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more.

Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting. We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking.

Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.

As a Marketing Operations Associate (Level 1), you will play a crucial role in driving our mission by managing and executing operational workflows across product and acquisition marketing (Patient CRM, lead conversion, offline campaigns). You’ll partner cross-functionally to scope requirements, deliver ad hoc to long-term projects, and document workflows. Your diligent research and data management efforts will directly enhance the accessibility and quality of healthcare information, empowering patients and providers alike with the resources they need to make informed decisions.

  • Stay current on relevant guidelines, SOPs, and policies; apply updates promptly and document changes.
  • Contribute to ad hoc and short-term projects, aligning deliverables with requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Participate in and support project development with a focus on data integrity and workflow optimization, including identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven automation.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above)
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and AI‑driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, other LLMs), plus strong web research techniques.
