Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80-100%

Place of work: Zurich, modern office in Seefeld

Tasks

  • You take qualified leads from pre-sales and create personalized offers based on the specific requirements and wishes of customers
  • You advise customers about our products and provide them with service-oriented support
  • Together with the design team, you coordinate the process to achieve the right offer
  • You are responsible for achieving sales goals and helping to continuously improve the sales process

qualification

  • You have completed commercial training or comparable qualifications and already have experience in sales/distribution
  • You enjoy customer contact, advice and sales and are not afraid of contacting customers over the phone
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively and deal professionally with both internal and external contacts
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English; French is a plus
  • CRM experience / sales tools
  • Experience in the promotional products or textile industry is a plus
