Key Responsibilities:
- Global Compensation Strategy: Lead the design and execution of compensation programs that align with our global business strategy, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
- Productivity and Revenue Analysis: Contribute to the dialogue of productivity and revenue growth by developing models to analyze revenue versus cost at the employee level, informing decisions on hiring, project assignments, and salary revisions.
- Salary Benchmarking: Participate in annual salary benchmarking surveys to analyze the company’s market position, review existing salary grids, and develop competitive pay programs.
- Salary Grid Development: Create and manage salary grids based on business requirements, including skill-based grids for specialized roles with limited market data, and differentiated grids for pricing and recruitment.
- Variable Pay Component: Introduce level-based variable pay components linked to performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure statutory and legal compliance with changes in labor laws across various geographies, safeguarding the organization against potential risks.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Provide analytics to the leadership team on strategic aspects such as wage bill movement, benefits usage, and performance of various bonus/incentive plans, offering insights on cost optimization and effectiveness improvements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in compensation management, with at least 5 years specifically in the tech services industry
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable compensation models
- Strong understanding of P&L economics and their relationship to compensation strategies
- Experience with international compensation practices and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of benefits programs and their integration with total rewards strategies
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in compensation management software and advanced Excel skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in compensation management (e.g., CCP, GRP)
- Experience with equity compensation and stock option plans
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
