About the Job

Redesign Health is seeking a Contract CEO Talent Sourcer to join our team on a contract basis for three months. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Talent team to establish and manage a strong talent pipeline. In this role, you will contribute to defining and executing our strategy for attracting top talent within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a hunger for challenges. This presents a unique opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn the intricacies of recruiting in a dynamic startup environment. You will witness the growth of companies from concept to reality, gaining insight into what it takes to build successful businesses and teams.

This role is 100% remote and reports to the Senior Director of Talent.


  • Conduct research to identify high-quality CEO candidates and founding leadership team members for operating companies
  • Analyze and quickly break down industries, market segments, and competitive landscapes
  • Identify healthcare executives who have played a critical role in the success of top companies within the ecosystem, and continuously mine the industry/market for additional targets
  • Identify gaps in our body of existing research and recommend future research projects
  • Develop research strategies and produce comprehensive reports, including documentation outlining specific industries and targeted companies
  • Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of candidate, company, and search records in Redesign Health’s talent databases

Relevant Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of executive recruiting research and candidate sourcing experience, specific sourcing for CEO positions
  • You have excellent time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, and judgment skills
  • You possess the capacity to think and respond swiftly, relying on both analytical and intuitive abilities
  • You possess proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
  • You have experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Pitchbook, and Crunchbase
  • Action Oriented: You readily take action on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. You display a can-do attitude, and step up to handle tough issues
  • Strong Administrator: You have a high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracks
  • Manages Ambiguity: You have the strong ability to manage ambiguous problems and you can take action with limited guidance.
