In a sector riddled with inefficiency and outdated practices, management of seized assets has been left in the past, unable to keep up with an evolving digital landscape. Asset Reality is building the future industry standard, a toolkit for public and private sector clients to effectively Seize, Manage and Liquidate seized assets.

Role overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Contractor to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves creating visually compelling designs across various media to support our product and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.

What you’ll do

  • Utilize tools like FigJam, Miro, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to develop and refine user flows.
  • Lead usability testing sessions, documenting and prioritizing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address and prioritize technical issues.
  • Implement QA practices to ensure high standards in UX flows.
  • Analyze feedback and iterate designs to improve usability and performance.

What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design concepts.  
  • Create and design digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email templates.  
  • Design and maintain the company’s marketing design library and templates.  
  • Develop and manage a marketing resource suite using Webflow.  
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.  
  • Collate and manage feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Who you are  

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.  
  • Proficiency in Figma, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).  
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.  
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.  
  • Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.  
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
