Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth:

• Develop and execute bounty campaigns to incentivize and reward community participation.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance community growth and engagement.
• Schedule, organize, and moderate AMA sessions.

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs in the crypto and gaming spaces to amplify our brand’s visibility.
• Coordinate campaigns and collaborations with KOLs to drive community engagement and user acquisition.

Event Organization:

• Plan and execute community events such as tournaments, competitions, and other interactive experiences.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to promotion and post-event analysis.

Strategy and Analysis:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to scale our user base and increase platform adoption.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the crypto industry, preferably within a marketing team.

• Proven experience in community growth, partnership development, and event organization.

• Experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, with a particular focus on GameFi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse community groups.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Passionate about AI.

• Ability to work across different time zones to coordinate with a global team and community.
