• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for thoughtful and clear expression.
• Thought Worker: A proactive thinker who can contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with creative tools and AI-driven platforms used in HR.
• Execution: Strong ability to execute tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Proficiency in G-Suite Skills: Expertise in advanced Google Sheets functions and PowerPoint, including complex data analysis and presentation skills

You will 📲

• Assist with research and data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Utilize off-the-shelf and AI-driven tools to support various projects.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events and activities that promote employee engagement.
• Prepare reports and presentations using G Suite and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate on various projects, including User Experience Research (UXR), documentation, product reviews, and presenting data in a clear and visually compelling way
• Support the development and maintenance of systems that aid in decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans align to facilitate successful project execution.
• Collaborate with different teams to execute various initiatives aimed at enhancing the company culture.
