About the role:

You will be joining a winning team with a consistent track record of growth. As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing Pacvue’s Sales & Growth Experience enablement team. This is an important role to accommodate our growing GTM organizations with the increasing demand for our platform.

 Responsibilities:

  • Support a strong revenue enablement function based on company needs.
  • Use pipeline data to proactively identify weaknesses in sales skills and processes.
  • Work cross-departmentally to drive efficiency across our sales process, from lead gen through renewal.
  • Creation, facilitation, and delivery of enablement training for onboarding new employees and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Ensure training content remains current and reflects the latest industry, market and product information.
  • Own the Sales Team tech stack, providing continuous learning for the team and process optimization.
  • Establish and regularly measure KPIs to assess effectiveness and value of enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the efficiency of the revenue teams through enablement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience designing and delivering revenue enablement programs and learning solutions within the technology or CPG industry, ideally with SaaS principles.
  • Creative and analytical thinker/problem solver with a focus on the “So What?”
  • Ability to create and deliver training virtually/via e-learning as well in person if necessary.
  • Inspires other when working cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with high accountability who works fast and drives projects to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including story-telling.
