Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project-Based Healthcare Recruiter to work with us on a project basis to identify and attract top healthcare professionals, including general physicians and cardiologists, for our clients in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

– Source and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates, including general physicians and cardiologists, for our clients

– Utilize various recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals

– Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality fits for our clients

– Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry partners

– Meet project-based recruitment targets and deadlines

– Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless candidate experiences

Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in Canada

– Proven track record of successful candidate placements in healthcare

– Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare industry and market trends

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

– Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM)

Nice to Have:

– Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CPHR, CHRP)
