Job Description
United Auto Sales is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Car Sales and Finance Manager to join our team. As a reputable used car dealership committed to providing exceptional service and quality vehicles, we are looking for someone who shares our values.
Location: Remote (Work from home)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and sell cars from our extensive range of used vehicles.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and finalize financing options.
- Work closely with financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Present and sell warranty and insurance products to customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Required Skills:**
1. Financial Literacy: Understanding financial terms, interest rates, loan schedules, and lending principles is essential.
2. Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, address their inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the loan process.
3. Salesmanship: Being able to persuade and negotiate terms with customers while ensuring their needs align with the bank’s and United Auto Sales’ policies.
4. Credit Analysis: Evaluating creditworthiness of applicants based on their credit history, income, debt-to-income ratio, and other financial factors.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and adhering to regulations and lending laws to ensure all loan processes are legal and ethical.
7. Attention to Detail: Accurately processing loan applications, documentation, and financial records to prevent errors and discrepancies.
8. Analytical Skills: Interpreting financial data, and making informed decisions regarding loan approvals and interest rates.
9. Problem-Solving: Resolving issues related to loan applications, payments and customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
10. Time Management: Handling multiple loan applications and administrative tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and targets.
11. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using multiple software, loan management systems, and Excel applications for documentation and data analysis.
12. Interpersonal Skills: Collaborating with colleagues, building relationships with customers, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
13. Ethical Conduct: Demonstrating integrity and honesty in handling financial transactions and customer information.
14. Adaptability: Being flexible to changes in loan policies, market conditions, and technological advancements in the banking industry.
15. Communication Skills: Clearly conveying loan terms, policies, and procedures to customers, as well as effectively communicating with colleagues and superiors.
**Compensation Package:**
- Weekly pay starting at $5 per hour, additional raises would be discussed at yearly performance reviews
- Earn a 1% commission on the front-end profit for each vehicle sold
- Receive an additional 5% commission on warranty
**Earning Potential:**
Our average team member earns on average $4,000/month, combining hourly pay, commissions and bonuses. Your earnings are only limited by your drive and determination.
