As a Retention Analyst, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we keep our customers happy by analyzing customer behavior, identifying churn risks, and developing actionable insights.

As our Retention Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our company by:
Monitor Retention Metrics: Maintain and analyze retention dashboards to track performance and identify trends.
Drive Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost player engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate on Retention Initiatives: Work closely with the Retention Manager and cross-functional teams to create and refine effective retention strategies.
Leverage Data Insights: Use advanced analytics and machine learning to gain deeper insights and personalize retention efforts for high-value segments.
Optimize Through Testing: Support A/B testing and make data-driven adjustments to continually improve retention outcomes.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Implement best practices and monitor competitor activities to enhance retention performance.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
- A strong interest in data analysis, customer behavior, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
- Fluent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Genuine interest in the iGaming sector.
Awesome to have
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python) would be a solid advantage.
Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with Slack and ClickUP is beneficial.
Prior iGaming experience is ideal.
