About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, TV Acquisition Marketing, to lead our television advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing TV acquisition strategies that drive customer growth, with a focus on both brand awareness and direct response. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TV media buying and a strong track record of driving results in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment, preferably within FinTech or financial services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive TV acquisition strategies that align with Ethos Life’s business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage the end-to-end TV media buying process, including planning, negotiation, execution, and optimization of TV campaigns across various networks and formats.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize TV campaigns for maximum ROI, balancing brand-building initiatives with direct response objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in TV advertising, ensuring Ethos Life remains at the forefront of innovation in television marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in TV media buying, with a strong focus on acquisition marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful TV campaigns with both brand-building and direct response objectives.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000 – $197,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
