Purpose
As a Sr. Product Designer at Rebrandly, you’ll be key in elevating the customer experience across our platform. You’ll combine your passion for user-centric design with data-driven insights to identify and implement solutions that optimize usability, functionality, and overall customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact our growth and competitive advantage in the market.
About You:
You are a seasoned designer with extensive experience creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless end-to-end user experiences. You are an agile, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have experience across multiple applications, such as WebApp, MobileApp, website, and API, and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of our platform. You have a deep understanding of design principles, are adept at using data to inform design decisions, and are always on the lookout for ways to optimize and improve user interactions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Design Initiatives: Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative features and enhancements that directly improve the user experience on the Rebrandly platform.
Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Analyze Data: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify user pain points, measure feature effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
Create Design Artifacts: Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision and guide development.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and successful implementation of designs.
Advocate for the User: Be a champion for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:
5+ years of experience in product design within PLG or SaaS companies
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and the ability to interpret data to inform design decisions.
Experience with prototyping tools
Experience contributing to design systems and tooling
Experience with AB testing overall approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
While It’s Not Required, It’s An Added Plus If You Also Have:
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience creating design systems and tooling
