Are you a seasoned corporate development, M&A, or strategy professional who excels at dissecting high-level business challenges and instantly spotting flawed logic? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your primary role or consulting projects? Join us to shape how AI understands and applies advanced corporate reasoning at scale.

• Review and refine AI-generated responses on topics such as M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring

• Evaluate AI outputs for analytical rigor, strategic insight, and business relevance

• Draft realistic corporate scenarios (acquisition targets, synergy models, integration plans, competitive moves, etc.)

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst

• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak business logic in AI-generated content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated business content, ensuring it reflects real-world strategic thinking, analytical depth, and practical applicability. Rather than traditional consulting or transaction execution, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems genuinely understand and solve complex business problems.

• Senior-level professional in corporate development, M&A, strategy, or management consulting

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

• Several years of hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial analysis, market research, or corporate governance

• Strong ability to assess business reasoning and distinguish between technically plausible and practically sound solutions

• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, able to start soon
